The hotel comprises of three townhouses changed into a traditional two star budget hotel offering 39 bedrooms over 4 floors and 10 executive bedrooms in the neighbouring Town House.
Located in a residential area, less than 5 minutes walk from Princes Street, Edinburgh city centre is on your doorstep. The hotel does not have a car park, the nearest being the National Car Park on Lothian Road. On street parking is free outside the hotel from 6.30pm on Saturdays until 8.30am on Monday, and from 6.30pm each evening until 8.30am each morning.

The reception is located at the main entrance where you will be welcomed by our friendly reception and management team.
The lounge area serves tea and coffee all day in relaxed surroundings where you can enjoy the daily papers or read up on what to do around Edinburgh. Bar drinks are also served in this area 24 hours a day for residents.
